We operate on hired refrigerated vans for the Eid period only and cannot offer storage or alternative delivery windows. We keep you updated throughout the day so you always know when to expect us.

No. A flat £50 deposit secures your reservation. Final pricing is confirmed once we have the seasonal rates — usually a few days before Eid. You then settle the remaining balance by bank transfer.
Delivery takes place on Eid day or the following morning — we cannot offer alternative dates or windows. We operate on hired refrigerated vans for the Eid period only and cannot store orders. We keep you updated throughout the day via our WhatsApp group so you always know when to expect your delivery.
Yes. The order form includes a section for your cutting and packaging preferences. Specify how you would like the meat divided and portioned and we will handle it to your specification.
We begin the sacrifice in the early hours of Eid day and work non-stop through the day and night until every order has been delivered. It is difficult to give specific time slots, but we do our best to keep customers in the same area informed in advance and throughout the day via our dedicated customer WhatsApp group, so you always have a good idea of our progress and when to expect us.

We also have a limited option to store a select few orders at a butcher in East London in their cold storage, for customers who prefer to collect in their own time within a few days. This is on a first come, first served basis only — please mention it in your order notes or contact us directly to request this.
We deliver to London and all surrounding areas within around 30 miles of London. If you are unsure whether your location is within our delivery area, please message Mahmud on 07877 910016 or Luqman on 07384 898428 via WhatsApp and they will confirm for you.
Our pricing is competitive and comparable to local suppliers. The difference is what is included — personal selection, Islamic handling, custom cutting, packaging, and same-day delivery to your door. Elsewhere these cost extra or are not available at all. That is the value.
